Nemours has partnered with Fidelity Investments as its record keeper. There is a 403(b) plan for Nemours associates with access to a 457(b) program for highly compensated associates based on eligibility requirements. Full-time, part-time, casual, temporary, and seasonal associates of Nemours are automatically enrolled in the 403(b) plan with a 4% contribution rate. These tax-deferred contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible following 35 days of employment. Associates may opt out of the automatic enrollment or change their contribution rate at any time by contacting Fidelity Investments at 800.343.0860, visiting the website or downloading the app.
